Hello and Welcome. Do you often feel overwhelmed or that something just isn’t working? I am passionate about helping my clients build confidence, reduce stress and find clarity and ease. I believe with attention and intention we can cultivate self-compassion and rewrite and re-pattern our unhealthy behaviors leading to transformative healing. With these shifts we can create lives built on healthy and meaningful relationships, to self and others. It can feel like a luxury to pause, to care for ourselves, to feel. Sitting with our discomfort allows us to shift from self-judgment, anxiety, and shame into greater empowerment, self-acceptance, and authenticity, allowing us to be in alignment with our goals and values.
