Therapy with kids isn’t about fixing—it’s about listening differently. For me, that starts with creating safety and connection through play, creativity, and attunement. I understand that big behaviors often speak to even bigger feelings, and that kids sometimes “tell the truth” through their actions before they can find the words. I work to honor each child’s inner world while helping them and caregivers make sense of what’s showing up. Whether we’re building regulation skills, processing hard experiences, or learning how to feel safer in our bodies and relationships, my approach is warm, collaborative, and developmentally grounded.
