I work collaboratively with clients to establish mutually agreed upon therapeutic goals and provide a comfortable and compassionate space to explore, discuss, and be heard. My therapy style combines DBT, CBT, ACT and The Gottman Method and is tailored to the specific needs of each individual as they walk towards self-discovery and well-being. With these approaches, I empower my clients to identify and achieve their goals by drawing on their unique individual strengths. Consequently, they are able to gain a deeper understanding of who they are and how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors impact their functioning and relationships.
