I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 25 years of experience is in private practice. My expertise is anxiety disorders, stress management, depression, and multi-cultural issues. I conduct therapy in Spanish, Farsi and French, aside from English. In therapy I combine Cognitive Therapy with Spiritual perspective along with Stress Management and mindfulness techniques to help individuals attain their full potential. My unique and comprehensive orientation combining Eastern Spiritual Wisdom with Traditional Psychotherapy speeds up the therapeutic process and helps clients to create changes at a much deeper level.
