She received her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University Los Angeles, CA. Lisa provides a unique approach of blending Spiritual/Mindfulness-Based techniques; challenging negative thoughts/beliefs; coping tools; 12-Step Recovery (if applicable); and the exploration of the unconscious mind/childhood trauma/wounds. Lisa and her team works with adults, teens and families suffering from mental health issues such as anxiety, depression and trauma. Lisa has years of experience working in addiction recovery.
