At SoulBridge Therapy, I offer trauma-informed psychotherapy for individuals navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and complex life transitions. My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative with a strong foundation in nervous system regulation, attachment repair, and long-term healing. I specialize in working with people who feel deeply: those who’ve held a lot, sensed a lot, or carried unspoken burdens for years. Many of my clients are recovering from complex trauma, chronic stress, or relational patterns that no longer serve them. Therapy with me is both structured and spacious.
