I believe that each person has the capacity for a deeply meaningful and fulfilling life, walking their path towards growth and their own unique potential. Painful experiences and challenges may leave us feeling immobilized and if they become our focus we may struggle to employ our strengths and resources. My role as your therapist, and a fellow traveller, is to help you remove those obstacles from your path, tap into your own inner wisdom and strength, so that you can keep moving forward towards meaning and purpose. As your therapist, I will help you expand your self-awareness and find powerful inner tools to cope with life’s stressors and challenges. I’ll support you in expanding your options and perspectives, so you can move forward toward healing, growth and wholeness. My approach to therapy is strength based, depth oriented and trauma-informed.
