Seeking help can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve been carrying the stress of food struggles, body image concerns, ADHD, or other challenges on your own. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported—not defined by a diagnosis, but valued as a whole person. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Supervisor (CEDS-S) through the IAEDP with years of training in eating disorders, body image, weight concerns, and pre- and post-bariatric surgery care. I am also a Certified ADHD Provider and especially enjoy helping people navigate the overlap of ADHD and food-related challenges. View 4 Photos I believe no one is just their diagnosis. That’s why our work may also focus on school or work stress, family dynamics, relationships, anxiety, depression, addiction, or substance use. My approach is strength-based and collaborative, and if you are working with other providers, I am happy to coordinate care.
