Hello, my name is Dr. Christopher Johnson. Sound Mind Psychology LLC is my private practice & I enjoy working with individuals dealing with a variety of issues. I have found that many of my clients seek meaning and purpose in their lives, deeper connection to others, or answers to difficult life questions. Over time, these issues can lead to stress, anxiety, depression or other forms of mental health struggle. When this happens, daily tasks can seem pointless and exhausting. I value meeting people in these situations so that together we can explore goals and solutions for the future.
