My goal as a therapist is to create a space in which there are no judgements or expectations so that you feel comfortable to express your true self. At RAFT Counseling, my focus extends to adults, teens, and children 12+, offering both in-office and telehealth sessions for your convenience with a focus on anxiety, depression, and trauma. My hope is to walk with you as a support system to accept the process of healing pain, to give a voice to your experiences, and to find the courage to become the person you want to be.
