Hey guys. I'm Spencer, a licensed marriage and family therapist who specializes in men's issues, teens, couples and families. The majority of my clients have been teens and men looking for someone to help kick start them out of mental ruts that have wore them down. Sometimes it's stuff going on at home or in a relationship. Other times it's a lack of meaning or motivation affecting school or job performance. It's not uncommon to see increases in substance use and other vices that maybe make things better for a short period of time before potentially becoming problems as well.
