I help LGBTQ+ folks who struggle with anxiety, trauma and self-esteem to improve relationships with others and themselves. My clients struggle with confidence issues, overthinking, perfectionism, & have experienced trauma. You're seeking ways to support and better understand yourself. You can be your own worst enemy and you're great at being kind to others, but often make yourself the exception. You're wanting to increase self-compassion and self-love as a queer person (living in the South ain't easy!). You're ready to work on patterns and pain that prevent you from connecting to others to finally start enjoying your life.
