Making the decision to seek therapy can be difficult and takes courage. My therapeutic style is one of warmth, validation, and acceptance as we work together to foster growth and healing in your life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and trauma informed therapist with 14 years of experience providing counseling to children, teens and adults in a variety of settings. I currently only accept clients ages 18 and above, my areas of expertise includes helping individuals overcome and cope with trauma, life transitions, anxiety and depressive disorders. Not currently accepting new clients. My goal is to offer a welcoming space to share your challenges, identify unhealthy patterns which are holding you back, identify areas for change, provide evidence-based strategies to improve coping skills and help you develop the tools to manage stressors and feel more in control of your life.
