In our Brighton and Pittsford creative arts therapy studios, we help kids, teens and adults calm nervous systems, regulate big emotions, and build relationships that feel safe for you to be yourself. We bring creativity, humor, and honesty, using trauma‑informed, culturally sensitive care and a neurodivergent affirming lens so you can imagine and slowly create a life that actually fits you.
