My goal in my therapy space is to provide a safe, supportive, nurturing and nonjudgmental environment in which you can openly express your emotional needs and develop solutions to the challenges in your life. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years experience specializing in adolescents, young adults and adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting, effective communication, self esteem, relationship and peer issues, academic issues, grief, loss and divorce, and PCOS symptoms and diagnosis. It is my belief that therapy starts with the therapeutic relationship and builds on your strengths.
