I am dedicated to looking at the whole person to identify thematic issues that manifest themselves in different emotional, relational, or behavior patterns that take away from the richness of life. I focus on core emotions to create corrective experiences in relationship to improve emotional connection and promote healing. I address issues related to primary attachments, family of origin, and developmental issues. I have a collaborative approach to work toward creating emotional health and intimacy that has lasting impacts on your quality of life. I have a psychodynamic perspective informed by attachment research and the neurobiology of the brain.
