I specialize in trauma, anxiety disorders, mood disorders (depression, bipolar), and life transitions. I'm an integrative therapist utilizing a range of theories and orientations. I am trained in EMDR and certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help with PTSD, cPTSD, panic, phobias, and many other issues.
