I am a licensed marriage and family therapist providing individual, couple, group, and family therapy with adult clients. I work with clients on addressing issues such as anxiety, depressive symptoms, relationship stressors, history of trauma, as well as addiction and recovery. I have over ten years of experience working in various levels of care, which has given me a strong foundation of therapeutic skills that I continue to use in private practice. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and strengths based, which utilizes the strengths you already possess to create positive change.
