I am a Jungian Therapist, currently in analytical training. This guides my entire outlook on therapy with individuals and couples. Therapy is growth, a deeper understanding of ourselves and the meaning we make of our lives. We all have experienced feelings or behaviors that seem confusing. We get overwhelmed with emotion, stuck in our lives or alienated from ourselves and others. To understand the unconscious material that drives these experiences, I work with dreams, myth and the imaginal. Transformation occurs when we raise awareness and introduce more complexity into the way we see ourselves and the world around us.
