Life can be really really hard. Sometimes it's a blindsiding event that turns everything upside-down. Other times it's a slow decline into monotony, depression, or confusion. My goal is to earn your trust within the therapeutic relationship and work with you to determine who you are: to explore, engage, and enact a life that reflects your inherent dignity. Together we can set goals and determine a different direction to move in. We can't change where we've come from, but we have the opportunity to change the direction we're going in. Sometimes we need to be reminded: flowers grow out of piles of manure.
