For many of us, life can be complicated and throw unexpected things our way. Additional outside support can be just what is needed to get us re-centered and back on the life path that we want to be on. As a trauma informed therapist, I meet with children, adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, difficult life transitions (including work and school stress and divorce), and relationship problems. We will work together to create tools and strategies to help get you feeling better and back where you want your life to be.
