At one point or another, life can get difficult and painful for anyone. I specialize in helping people navigate their way through the challenges we all face that can make things seem so overwhelming. I believe the therapeutic process is a valuable tool that creates positive change in a client's life; from finding relief from depression, anxiety, and anger to developing coping skills and making life decisions. My approach to treatment is eclectic, allowing me to customize treatment for each client's unique needs and goals. My therapeutic style includes creativity, humor and support.
