I am a down to earth practitioner who will treat you with the respect and kindness needed to build a therapeutic relationship, but will also use a blunt no nonsense approach when needed. Positive Psycho therapy, along with CBT is often used to assist with many mental health concerns, but I understand you are the expert on you and I will work hard to meet you where you’re at in your therapy journey and will go as slow and fast as you are comfortable. Having a session with me is very individualized for the person! I love to have a great connection with my clients and to really have my clients feel comfortable in our session. I can be blunt and I feel I have a very healthy sense of humor and I do believe that laughter can be the best medicine sometimes when appropriate.
