As we work together you will develop the skills to navigate through life in a healthier and happier way. Regardless of what you are going through, I believe I can help you. I am a trauma certified therapist with over 20 years of experience in treating clients with anxiety, depression, relationship issues and grief. I excel in working with adults, couples, adolescents, and blended families. I also enjoy working with students, as I provide them with support and guidance as they transition into being independent.
