I believe that everyone has inner strengths and abilities that are at times overshadowed by life circumstances and physical/mental health/spiritual struggles. With caring support and encouragement individuals can regain perspective, recognize and use their strengths, and grow further in their ability to manage symptoms and life stressors allowing them to overcome barriers to their wellness. Having 38 years of experience in the mental health field, I've dealt with a variety of issues primarily in the areas related to grief/loss, depression, anxiety, trauma/abuse, and emotional regulation/coping skills.
