I am a very experienced psychotherapist with over 25 years of clinical experience, I work eclectically, using all of my various clinical tools to match the treatment to the client’s needs. I provide skills in psychodynamic, relational, interpersonal and cognitive behavioral therapy. I also utilize mindfulness meditation skills to supplement the work as well. I work with each client as a partner in a collaborative journey. My primary focus is to aid my patient to identify core issues and blocks to their success and well being, I will help facilitate insights, conscious awareness and lasting change in a safe respectful space.
