Many people are carrying deep emotional weight, fear for democracy, frustration with cruelty or corruption, grief over what's been lost, and isolation from friends or family who see things differently. Common issues I work with are political, cultural anxiety, religious trauma, or authoritarian upbringings. I specialize in helping people who feel emotionally and spiritually shaken by our social and political climate. People who are struggling to stay grounded, kind, and hopeful while facing daily reminders of division, injustice, or uncertainty.
