I have been a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota providing in-person and telehealth therapy over the past 10 years. I’ve worked with families and individuals to help them overcome the difficulties and challenges of modern life. My therapeutic approach is providing support and practical feedback that addresses the personal challenges that you may be facing. I use a holistic, trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, body-centered integrated approach to therapy, utilizing CBT, Solutions-Focused therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT).
