I have worked with people of all ages experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, domestic violence, chronic illness, grief and addiction. I use mindfulness, strengths based, trauma informed and somatic strategies. I believe we all have the answers within us and with positivity, acceptance and guidance we can find solutions together. Profound changes can be made if we slow down and listen to our bodies and intuition. I enjoy helping people find joy, meaning and connection in life.
