Stacie Heibel MA, LPC. Grace in Healing. My approach to therapy is providing a safe relaxing environment for individuals to express themselves openly and honestly. Seeking therapy is a personal step in building change and therapy is a healthy nourishing avenue for the support of that process. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to challenge distortions, increase emotional well being and engage in positive problem solving. The outcome is for clients to build a healthier sense of self, control and empowerment in their environments.
