I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience. I am also an Adjunct Professor teaching Masters level Counseling Students. I work with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance use, grief and loss, relationship issues, parenting, and career challenges.
