Life has many ups and downs. Whether you are struggling to put yourself first or to break out of unhelpful patterns, coping with a loss or the end of a relationship, or are feeling anxious and overwhelmed, there are times when we all need support to cope with challenges. My approach is warm and empathic, rooted in the belief that every individual has the power to overcome obstacles and create a more fulfilling life. I practice from a strengths-based perspective, incorporating Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to tailor our sessions to your unique needs.
