As an outpatient therapist, my passion for helping others is the cornerstone of my practice. I am deeply committed to supporting individuals, couples and families as they navigate their personal challenges and work towards meaningful change and healing. I like to approach my clients as a teammate in their healing journey, and allow them to take the lead with small wins and empathetic guidance. It's my core belief and the foundation of my practice that we can be in this together and show up for one another to build a strong and enjoyable therapy experience!
