I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have been practicing therapy since 2011. I primarily work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, life changes/transitions, grief, and self-esteem. I currently am accepting clients age 18 and older. I have experience working with individuals of all ages struggling with anxiety and love helping them to find tools to manage and overcome their anxiety. I enjoy working with young adults adapting to college life as well as working with moms adjusting to motherhood. I use many elements of different theoretical concepts and tailor them to your therapeutic needs.
