Hi and welcome! I have had the true honor in witnessing through my clients, the strength and growth that people are capable of. I pride myself in creating a safe space for self exploration, healing, empowerment and problem-solving. I believe each session is an opportunity to freely be yourself through exploring your past, present and working to cultivate helpful strategies to take with you from the present day and on. I have taken intentional and diligent steps to be skilled in several treatment approaches to address: trauma, anxiety, depression, phobias, family issues and identity development concerns.
