One of the most crucial aspects of therapy is feeling a connection with your therapist so that you can feel comfortable while working toward reaching your goals. It is my hope that together we can work through old patterns, new struggles, negative thoughts and feelings, as well as life transitions in a positive way that will lead to lasting change. I have experience in public schools, day treatment centers focusing on mental illness and addition as well as geriatric private care. I work with all adults from young adulthood through the senior age.
