Making the decision to begin therapy may not be an easy one, I do my best to create a warm and healing atmosphere for my clients to experience progress while feeling safe and supported. I value my role as clinician and appreciate connecting with each individual client to meet their specific goals. Clients can reach out to address symptoms affecting their daily life, physical wellness and mental health such as sleep disturbance, racing thoughts, irritability, agitation, excessive worry, negative self-talk, withdrawing or hopelessness. We create a specialized treatment plan with goals and objectives together in session. With compassion, patience and empathy, I assist clients in gaining effective coping skills, setting healthy boundaries, implementing positive lifestyle choices, and improving decision-making strategies. In addition to being a Nationally Certified Counselor, I am a certified Clinical Supervisor for Limited Licensed Counselors while they are new to the field.
