In counseling, my focus is to meet clients where they are, help them determine where they want to be, and enable them to accomplish their goals. Change is possible! It takes work, but it is worth it to become the person you want to be. I have seen clients rise above unbelievable challenges and accomplish their goals. I have also walked along side those who are grieving or hurting to see them blossom out of the depths of their experiences. In addition, I am trained in EMDR therapy to treat trauma. I work with teens and adults facing a variety of problems and issues. I would love to speak with you about how I can help with your specific needs.
