Life’s transitions—whether in young adulthood, midlife, or beyond, can feel disorienting, but also offer a chance to deepen our understanding of ourselves, or even redefine who we are. I’m a clinical social worker with a background in integrative healing, blending traditional therapy with holistic tools. I work with young adults, those grappling with making meaning out of major changes, and have specialized training in the impacts of menopause as well. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in curiosity, supporting you in navigating change with greater clarity and connection. My approach is rooted in trauma treatment, with extensive experience in EMDR, and influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic practices. Over time, I’ve expanded my work to include healing modalities such as Reiki, Ayurveda, and Tarot, practices that have played a key role in my own wellbeing.
