I feel so lucky to support kids, couples and families through all the ups and downs of life. Many of the families I work with have struggles around ADHD, anxiety, depression, emotional disregulation, neurodiversity, OCD, difficult behaviors and adjustment disorder(s). As a trained therapist I also specialize in parent-child relationship problems, partner relationships and friendships. In addition I have personal and professional experiences with various types of loss and grief. It brings us joy to embrace the stuck points and build paths to their desired outcome of therapy.
