The focus of my practice is treating adults who have anxiety and OCD-spectrum disorders such as OCD, Hair-Pulling Disorder (Trichotillomania), Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, Social Anxiety Disorder, Phobias, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Skin-Picking Disorder, and perfectionism. In private practice since 2006, I use evidence-based treatments of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP). I am a compassionate and caring provider who enjoys helping patients set and meet their personal goals in treatment.
