I’m passionate about helping clients build resilience, confidence, and meaningful connections as they work toward lasting emotional well-being. My therapeutic style draws from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. When working with children, I often incorporate play therapy techniques to help them express themselves in a natural, comfortable way. My goal is to meet each client where they are and support them.
