I’m a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with experience working with veterans, ex-foster kids, and other survivors with PTSD and its associated symptoms. No matter how small your trauma might seem, if it affected you, it’s worth exploring. I use Exposure Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy to help my clients embrace all the possibilities that trauma has been denying them. My approach is holistic, meaning I consider various aspects of your life, such as your physical health, emotional well-being, and relational dynamics, in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of your situation.
