Reaching out for support, whether for yourself, your child, or your family is a big step. If you’re here, chances are something’s feeling a little (or a lot) overwhelming. I’m glad you found your way here. I’m an associate therapist, where I work with people across the lifespan, but my passion is especially in supporting kids and their parents. Maybe your child is struggling with anxiety, big feelings, or attention challenges. Maybe parenting feels harder than you thought it would and you’re tired of googling things at 2 a.m. hoping for answers. You’re not alone. My job is to help you and your child feel more understood, more equipped, and a little more hopeful. Therapy with kids often involves play, creativity, humor, and a lot of curiosity. With parents, I’m all about creating a judgment-free space to untangle what’s going on and explore tools that actually work for your family.
