At Stand Firm Health and Wellness we combine the Christian faith with the principles of psychology to improve mental health and quality of life. We use scripture, biblical teachings, prayer, and evidence based mental health practices to help you deal with life’s challenges, including but not limited to stress, emotional distress, adjustment issues, trauma, church hurt, abuse, grief, identity confusion, and addictions. If you are struggling with resolving personal problems, bitterness, forgiveness, fear, negative thought patterns, substance use, abuse (physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual), bondage, sexual sin, anxiety, or identity issues then we may be a good fit.
