Reaching out for help is the first step, and I do believe I can help you work on your present concerns and achieve the change you seek. I offer a range of approaches and treatments towards care, which I have gained from over 25 years of counseling. I'm very open to hearing what each individual's concern is first and then providing possible interventions. For me, it's a collaborative process, but at the same time, I can offer objective ways to approach their concern. Fundamentally, this is also guided by my background and training in multiple evidence-based approaches.
