Using Interpersonal Therapy, ACT, EMDR for trauma, and CBT, we’ll dive into what you’d like to change—whether it's in your relationships, mindset, or how you handle stress—and find practical solutions. Expect a focused, engaging environment where we’ll laugh along the way and make real progress. I've worked with people for more than 15 years in a variety of settings offering education and perspective. I feel strongly that each session needs to include increased insight and additional skills.
