Take a sip of tea with fresh mint, and enter a world of imagination, creativity, become one with the river, no judgment, safety, healing, serenity, grounding, love, solace, and always meeting you where you’re at. I take a holistic approach and focus on the mind body connection. I believe guided imagery meditation, motivational interviewing, dbt, creativity, psychodynamic, trauma informed care, emdr, and person centered approaches are ideal. I prefer to assist anyone who has felt demoralized or ostracized because of who they are. I believe we can impact the world together one smile at a time.
