I work to support clients to gain a better understanding of themselves. I provide specialized treatment in the areas of depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, mood disorders and trauma. I have spent the past 15 years using evidence-based practices to support clients as they learn to navigate changes in their lives and to help them to discover a new normal when change occurs, especially around trauma. I have worked with children, families, adolescents, and young adults most of my career.
