My work is guided by the belief that healing happens when we allow ourselves to grow, shed, and renew. I offer a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space to explore attachment, practice self-compassion, and strengthen your relationship with yourself and others. As a former corporate professional turned licensed therapist, I understand burnout, reinvention, and the vulnerability it takes to start fresh and choose yourself. You don’t have to navigate this alone. Therapy with me is kind and affirming for individuals + couples, including, but not limited to: ethical non-monogamy & poly (challenging hetero-norms), breakups (romantic & friendship), healing, sexual identity development, modern app dating (swiping sucks), depression, anxiety, self-esteem, self-compassion/love, corporate burnout, & childfree by choice.
